Who we are

A builder with an investor's eye.

Carlisle Custom Builders is a Chico remodeling company owned and run by Tyler Carlisle.

Tyler has worked in construction and real estate since 2022, and that changes how a project gets run. He knows what's trending, which upgrades actually add value to a home and which ones don't, and how to put your budget where it counts.

He also knows what it's like to live through a remodel: the dust, the noise, the kitchen you can't use. So jobs are planned tight, materials get ordered early, and timelines get hit, and you get your home back sooner. If something comes up, you hear about it straight, along with the fix.

Tyler stands behind every job and does it right the first time. The best part of the work is walking a homeowner through the finished space they've been picturing for years.
