Privacy policy & SMS terms
This site is operated by TRC Companies Inc., doing business as Carlisle Custom Builders and CCB Construction ("we", "us"), based in Chico, California.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, city, project details and any photos you upload. We use it only to respond to your request, schedule a visit and communicate about your project.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.
- Information is shared only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our website host and text messaging provider), and only as needed to provide those services.
SMS terms
Our forms have two separate, optional text consent boxes. If you check the project box, you agree to receive text messages from Carlisle Custom Builders (TRC Companies Inc) at the number you provided about your request and project, such as confirmation of your request, scheduling and project updates. If you check the marketing box, you also agree to receive occasional promotional texts from Carlisle Custom Builders (TRC Companies Inc), which may be sent using automated technology.
If you give us your mobile number directly (by phone, text, email or in person) and ask us to follow up, our office may text you from our business line about your request: replies to your messages, appointment and call-back scheduling, and confirmations. These are conversational texts, not marketing.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies & tracking
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site (for example, pages viewed, clicks and scrolling) so we can improve it, and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to relevant audiences. These tools use cookies and similar technology and may collect device and usage information. Clarity does not record what you type into our forms. Our website host and font provider may also log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings, and read how Microsoft handles Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect your information
Your information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored with reputable service providers that use industry-standard security. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your request and run your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed.
Photos you upload
Photos of your home are used only to understand your project. We never post them publicly without your written permission.
Your choices
To have your information updated or deleted, email tyler@carlislecustombuilders.com. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
